Staffing

Beenham Pre-School is lucky to have a mature and experienced staff. Our Manager, Paula Read, has 16 years experience of working with pre-school aged children. Paula says 'I love working in a pre-school environment. We are a relatively small setting compared to many locally and this means that we can get to know all of the children really well. We are like our own small family!'

Our high staff child ratios enable us to work closely with individual children and support them to learn and develop at their own individual rates.
